The Radame archipelago comprises 4 islands: Nosy Kalakajoro, Nosy Ovy, Nosy Antany Mora and Nosy Valiha. This archipelago boasts stunning tropical vegetation and beautiful, rarely-visited beaches. The few fishing villages are well worth a visit. Not only for the friendliness and hospitality of the locals, but also to discover their way of life.
All the dive sites are concentrated in the Mozambique Channel, around 30 minutes from the islands. They are mainly drop-offs, varying in depth from 12 to 30-50 m. The spectacle is impressive and breathtaking, thanks to giant gorgonians, caves and crevices. Regular encounters with schools of tuna, barracuda and jacks, white-tip sharks, hammerhead sharks, giant lochs, etc...
Greg Wall: this 12 m-deep accessible area is one of the most remarkable sites in the Radame archipelago. It offers a vertiginous cave and a drop-off of up to 35 m, carpeted with coral and inhabited by a myriad of colorful fish.
>Customers welcomed at 1pm, boarding the boat. Sailing towards the Radame archipelago for around 5.30 hours, arriving at Nosy Iranja where we anchor for the night.
>After breakfast, departure for the 1st dive to the West Nosy Iranja drop-off. We then sail for the 2nd dive on the south-western Nosy Iranja drop-off or Tombant Black. Then, after 3 hours' sailing, stopover at Antanimora for a short visit to the fishing village & anchorage for the night. After 3 hours' sailing, stop off at Antanimora for a quick visit to the fishing village. Anchor for the night.
Early departure for Greg Wall, for the 3rd dive, then the cyclone bank or nursery for the 4th, then back to Kalakajoro. Swimming and visit to the fishing village. Anchor for the night. Anchor for the night.
Departure from Kalakajoro, 5th dive on the west wall of Kalakajoro then the 6th on Napoleon. Then on to Baramahamay, where we arrive in the afternoon. Visit of the village & its school. Anchor for the night. Anchor for the night.
Departure at dawn, 7th dive at Gabriel rocks. Then sail to Nosy Iranja, possibility of a stopover, swimming, visit to the village and lighthouse. Then sail for the 8th dive on the Maratony bank. Finally, we head for the island of Ankazoberavina for a possible night dive. Resuming navigation to take shelter in the Baie des Russes and spend the night at anchor.
Early departure for the entrance bank or the grand canyon for the 9th dive. Last dive on a wreck or in the Nosy Tanikely reserve. After lunch, disembarkation around 3 p.m.
